Abraham Hicks, a spiritual guide, discusses the importance of being an uplifter and keeping active one’s knowledge and intent to uplift, without focusing on the response or outcome of others. The aim should be to feel good and be in alignment to uplift others.
Abraham Hicks stresses the importance of staying in the replenishing mode to avoid being drained. Being in a good-feeling place and sensitive to how one feels is essential. When ideas start to flow, one can think deliberately and meditate to receive good ideas, leading to blissful thoughts.
However, the focus should not be on manifestation, but on being in the right energy or emotion. Anxiety and resistance should be avoided by staying ahead of them and doing things that encourage renewal and replenishment, such as meditating, basking, and daydreaming. Hicks suggests an exercise where one writes good things they want in one corner of the paper and unwanted things in the other and then daydreams while drawing a line in the direction of good things.
If one starts to move towards unwanted things, they can catch themselves and think better thoughts to stay on track. The idea is not to try too hard, but to let things happen naturally.
